A working sitting all day in front of the computer is indeed less good for the health of
our body. Especially if the more rarely exercise and diet do not awake, well the various
dangerous diseases would lurk. But that does not mean there is no solution to the
problem.
University of Utah School of
Medicine found that low-intensity activity such as walking turns
out could give hope to your longevity that spent most of his time sitting alone. According
to Dr. Srinivasan Beddhu, walk two minutes each hour can increase the
chances of longevity of up to 33 percent.
Researchers led by Dr. Beddhu viewing data from the
National Health and Nutrition
Examination Survey. They analyze 3.243 patients using accelerometers to measure
physical activity throughout the day. Data gathering was conducted for three years
during which there were 137 people in the data of the deceased.
"Our research proves that small changes could give a great
impact," said Dr. Tom Greene, one of the senior authors in the study.
In other words, you just need to stay to ensure the body is moving quite active on a regular
basis. So don't just sit quietly in one place a full day. At least every one hour once, arise from the seat and then the road Trek for two minutes. In this way, as Dr.Beddhu and Dr. Greene, we could have a chance for a long life.
So, for those of you who daily work with sitting at a desk or a lack of
exercise, you can begin to try these simple tips: walk two minutes each hour. It would be
better also if you compensate with regular exercise and maintaining a healthy life patterns. Good luck and hopefully
useful.
