But there are times when activities conducted many people thus are not good for the eyes. There are a lot of bad habits that might damage the eye, and three of them are as follows

Touched and rubbed eyes

Relying on eye drops
It is indeed good to overcome the eyes eye drops with gross, but don't use it too often. Eye drops are usually contains a vasoconstrictor, a compound that can shrink the blood vessels while to make your eyes not red anymore. But eye drops contain preservatives and other chemicals which, if used in a prolonged period of time will damage the eye.


So, avoid the three habits in order remain pretty and beautiful eyes naturally.
